Seaport 15-Day Return Policy

Returns or exchanges must be received at our facility within the 15-day Return Policy period.

* Due to COVID-19 crisis, processing a return or exchange will be delayed up to 14 days in order to maintain the safety of the processing and exposure to merchandise in transit.

We will accept your returned product without hassle for immediate full refund as long as the product is brand new, unopened, and unused within 15 days from the date of purchase. Items that are opened will qualify for an even exchange of the same product once we have verified the contents and return details (Serial Numbers/MAC Addresses).

Refund Request Instructions: Please Contact Us and submit your request for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) as soon as possible and within our posted 15-Day Return Policy.

Return products for a refund must be received within 15 days from the date of purchase. Return request must be returned to our facility in the same condition you received merchandise: brand new, original packaging, unopened, unused, and in saleable condition. The original manufacturer sealed packaging is required and not tampered with for a full refund.

We do not offer items for testing or evaluation. Seaport is not responsible for compatibility issues, all items are brand new unless specifically described otherwise in product listing details.

We DO NOT accept returns for refund where the customer claims the item to be defective in order to avoid this policy. If the item is defective, you may return the item to our facility, we will replace the item with the same exact item once we have verified your claim. A refund will not be provided, if you are seeking a different item, you may request a store credit once you have returned the item with all associated packaging and you have complied with the RMA instructions, we will verify your claim and issue you a response to either a repair or store credit. Refunds apply for brand new returns only.

All merchandise we sell is brand new and protected by a full warranty. We do not issue refunds for products that have been used, opened, resealed or repackaged.

  • Customers must pay the Return Shipping Label and email us the Tracking Number for all refund and exchange requests (USPS is the required delivery carrier).

  • Seaport is not responsible for compatibility issues, configuration support, or installation. All products we sell are brand new and listed with manufacturer specifications.

  • Your return must be the same product we sold you: Model Number, Version Number, Serial Numbers, MAC Addresses and other information will be verified with our records.

  • Seaport does not charge restocking fees for returns.

  • Seaport does not provide return shipping labels for refunds.

  • In the unlikely event you force the item 'Return to Sender', a charge for the shipping cost and packing will be deducted from your refund due total.
    • Example: Cost paid for item - Minus shipping and packaging cost = Refund amount due to customer
    • Only applies to 'Return to Sender' / refused shipments

While it is rare to refuse a request for refund, Seaport will refuse a customer return for the following when the returned product has:

  • A different serial number than the one Seaport originally shipped.

  • Opened item, Used or Tampered, Missing parts or missing the original product packing material.

  • Returned to our facility without first obtaining a valid RMA number or 'Return to Sender'/Refused delivery.

  • Return and exchange request exceeding 15 days from the date of purchase.

  • 'Return to sender' will incur the total cost of shipping and any packaging (Returned product refund - minus cost of shipping = Refund amount for returned item).
    • Shipping is free for all orders; however, items not accepted either by refusal or return to sender will incur a deduction of related shipping cost when received at our facility.

Seaport 15-Day Exchange Policy

Exchange for the same item must be received at our facility within the 15 day return policy period.

We will gladly provide you an exchange for the same item if the item is defective and within 15 days from the date of purchase. Prior to issuance of an exchange, we will verify the product and claim.

  • Customers must pay the Return Shipping Label and email us the Tracking Number for all refund and exchange requests (USPS is the required delivery carrier).

  • For exchanges, we do not offer free exchange shipping. In order for us to re-ship you the brand new exchange, you must include a Prepaid Return Shipping Label with the item you are returning.
  • Your return must be the same product we sold you: Model Number, Version Number, Serial Numbers, MAC Addresses and other information will be verified with our records.

  • Exchanges will require the customer to provide a return shipping label in additional to all related shipping costs.

Warranty, Compatibility and Support

You may contact the perspective manufacturer for warranty related service.

  • Warranty service from the manufacturer is available where the 15-Day exchange period has expired. The warranty does not cover negligence or damage to the product.

  • Manufacturer warranty periods vary from each product and model number, please reference your product for warranty related details or contact our company if you need further assistance.

  • With respect to certain products that require firmware or software updates, we are not responsible for any software updates in the event the firmware or software update fails.

  • In the event you experience compatibility with your hardware, please note we do not provide support with compatibility setup, software, firmware or configuration installations. Compatibility for each product where applicable should be researched based upon your intended configuration. If you are not certain about your product compatibility, please consult the product manufacturer for specific information and additional details.

Seaport Clearance Non-refundable

Clearance items are non-refundable. All sales are final for 'Clearance items'.

All clearance items have been completely verified and are as described in the listing. Each item is sold individually to give the best representation of the item as listed. In the event we have multiple quantities of the same item, each item will be represented as the pictures and description detail. Our promise to you, we stand by every listing with accuracy. Please be certain of what you are purchasing, while these items may be an older generation merchandise, the items are as described.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions", “Terms of Sale”) carefully before using this website (the "Service") operated and owned by Seaport LLC ("us", "we", "our" or "Seaport"). This policy, it’s terms, conditions and agreements are conditional as set forth below. You agree, by any form of use with this site and any of the content, to the Term of Sale, Term’s and Conditions and respective policies.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, entities, agencies, and affiliates who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using this service, you agree to the Terms of Sale, Terms of Service and Terms of Support. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access this website or Service and any expectation of entry or use by any manner is void and prohibited.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through this website, owned and operated by Seaport, and or the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your credit card security code as provided on the rear of your credit card and your credit cardholder billing address (billing and shipping address details must always be identical to the credit cardholder billing address). We do not ship to alternate addresses that are other than the credit card specific billing address.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, complete and authorized to use the credit card. Credit card details will be validated during processing to authenticate the transaction, in the event the billing details do not match the cardholder details, we will cancel the transaction without further notification.

The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment, verification and the completion of Purchases or processing of the order and related details. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to submit the information you provide to our third parties who are authorized and subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, billing and shipping details not authentic or verified and/or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected for any reason.

Returns and Exchanges

Delivery

Seaport is not responsible for merchandise once it has been delivered to your address. When Seaport receives notification from our carrier, either USPS or FedEx, where the merchandise shipment has been delivered (proof of delivery), you the customer are the single sole person responsible for the delivery at this point. All orders contain tracking details; we monitor the tracking details as a matter of formality to conclude when and where the merchandise has been delivered. When we receive tracking details where the merchandise has been "DELIVERED", we conclude the transaction complete. All transactions are only shipped to the credit cardholder billing address.

When using PayPal as an alternate form of payment, all orders will only be processed and shipped to the exact address as provided in the PayPal order details. We do not alter, modify or change any shipping information once your order has been received. If you request to modify or change a delivery address, via email following the order submission, your order will be cancelled and you must reorder or accept the order as submitted in it's original detail as provided by PayPal.

All orders will be shipped to the credit cardholder billing address unless otherwise approved. Alternate shipping address is prohibited. Orders with alternate shipping address will be cancelled.

USPS may be experiencing delivery delays in some areas. Select products are delivered within 3-5 business days and 2-3 business days after shipment. We are not responsible for delays imposed by USPS after the product has been shipped.

If USPS or FedEx is not able to complete the delivery of the merchandise, your order will be returned to our facility where we will inspect the merchandise and promptly issue a refund following any policy guidelines agreed upon during the checkout process that include handling fees where the order has been "Returned to Sender" or "Refused" the delivery. If a customer request the package be "Refused" for delivery or the package has "Returned to Sender" with the carrier, we do administer a handling fee since the proper procedure for RMA and the return policy has been disregarded by the customer.

  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the merchandise once the package has been delivered to your address.
  • All shipments require signature upon delivery - No Exceptions.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

Seaport constantly updates products, categories and service offerings on our website. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and our advertising on other web sites. The information found on this Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Service and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service. We are not responsible for typographical or product image errors as all products sold are specific to the manufacturer name and model number and best updated from the manufacturer specification details.

We, therefore, reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. If copies, printed material or digital downloads of products are made for reproduction or otherwise future use, we recommend you update your information with our website regularly in order to receive the most accurate details.

Accounts

When you create an account with Seaport, you state and agree that you are 18 years or older, that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination or removal of your account from Seaport and our related Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Seaport and its licensees. The Service and this website, Seaport, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

You additionally hold harmless for any data loss or configuration related to a defective product or malfunction service as agreed upon by your submission, account creation and/or service request within this site or “Service”.

Seaport its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and its licensee’s do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Exclusions
